Refunds & Cancellations

• 7 Days notice = 100% refund

• 7 Days - 48 hours prior to session start time = 50% refund or free reschedule

• 48 hours - 24 hours prior to session start time = Reschedule with 50% booking fee

• 24 hours prior to session start time = No refund or reschedule

What you can bring to the studio

You can bring sand, clay, paint or soil into the studio however any damage or mess created by these things will result in an additional fee of up to £45. Please also send us an email in writing if you are using these things.

In regards to Alcohol we do allow you to bring your own, however please remember less is more and please treat the studio as a workplace and not a Bar.

Please respect the rules or you could face being evicted from the studio with no refund.

Termination

DA1 Studio reserves the right to terminate any hire contract if the client (or any subordinate and third parties employed by them) are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.

Overtime

The client, their team and any third party must arrive and leave within the session time booked. Users must allow reasonable time for set up and packing away of equipment, setting up and packing away is considered as part of your session time. Overtime will be charged at 1.5 x the hourly fee of the studio.

Fire Safety

Smoke machines are allowed but please let us know before the shoot.

Children

Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult all times whilst on the premises.

Cleaning Fee

We request that the space be left in a reasonable state. If the studio is left extremely unclean then a cleaning fee from £25 upwards (depending on the mess) you will receive a separate invoice for this.

Dogs

We LOVE all Animals especially Dogs. Dogs are allowed but please let us know in advance. Please be aware that although the outdoor space is enclosed there maybe areas in which Dogs may sneak through. Therefore they must be supervised at all times and we do not accept any responsibility for their welfare or lack of it. We also understand that fur babies have accidents to so if that happens please let us know and we can help. We do have some poo bags FOC if you need them.

Breakages, Losses and Damages

The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages, losses or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or any other person, during the use of the studio. All equipment and services are supplied by DA1 Studio entirely at the risk of the client. DA1 Studio shall not be liable for any loss or damage to materials or props or equipment, including consequential loss and loss of profit however caused, arising out of the use or the inability to use the equipment supplied or agreed to be supplied. No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of DA1 Studio. The client shall pay any costs incurred by DA1 Studio arising out of any breach of these conditions. The client must notify DA1 Studio at the time of supply if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable. DA1 Studio shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any consequential loss (including loss of profit) whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any of the following: any damage to or loss of property by the Client or the Clients servants or agents or any third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities and equipment provided in the studio or any other equipment supplied to the client by Soif Studios. Soif Studios cannot be held responsible for any breakages, losses, damages or theft.
